Tesla CEO Elon Musk is escalating his felony combat with Twitter – asserting he is counter-suing the social media company.
Mr Musk rescinded the multi-billion-dollar contract to purchase the platform – accusing the company of misleading him involving its tally of pretend and spam accounts.
