We already know when Samsung's next Unpacked event will take place, but the company is making it official now: the next line of flagship phones will be announced on February 1 in San Francisco, USA.
This will be Samsung Unpacked's first in-person event since the start of the COVID pandemic, and yes, rest assured we'll be providing full coverage of everything announced at the event.
As we've seen through leaks and bugs from Samsung itself, the focus will be on the camera experience with the Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra gets the biggest upgrade, of course. It will be Samsung's first flagship with a 200MP camera after three years of using 108MP cameras in Samsung's Ultra-branded flagship phones, and will offer some exciting new camera features.
Galaxy Unpacked 2023 is Samsung's first in-person event in three years, and Samsung will also launch its new Galaxy Book 3 series of laptops at the event.
In addition to the usual hardware upgrades, the Galaxy Book 3 lineup will feature Samsung's first Ultra laptop.
There will also be a Galaxy Book 3 Pro and Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360, and we can expect specs like AMOLED screens, the latest Intel processors, and more.
Galaxy Unpacked 2023 will be broadcast live worldwide starting at 10 AM GMT via the Samsung YouTube channel and the official website. M. Pacific Time (19:00 CET, 23:30 PST).
Samsung will launch the next smartphones in its flagship Galaxy range a week before the Galaxy S22 series, and while nothing is confirmed at the moment, sales of the Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra have already started in the second week of February.
